AFC Social Responsibility Program Campaign "Sentuhan Kasih"

NFABD hosted a Hari Raya Open House especially for the National team players and stakeholders at the Youth Center, Bandar Seri Begawan.
The event is a part of a social responsibility campaign organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and hosted by the National Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (NFABD).
The Social Responsibility campaign activiities are also in conjunction with the AFC U-14 Regional Festival of Football 2016 where Brunei Darussalam is hosting for the second time running. Assistant General Secretary of NFABD, Pengiran Mohammad Amirrizal bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud graced the event with a welcoming speech.
Also present was Pengiran Haji Mohiddin bin Pengiran Badarudin, General Secretary of NFABD, Dr Shamil Kamil Mohammed, AFC Festival Manager, Dr Annathurai Ranganathan, AFC Head of Social Responsibility, Mr Khalid bin Idrus, AFC Admin Officer, NFABDís Executive Committee members and staff, NFABD stakeholders and partners, media and guests.
Dr Annathurai Ranganathan presented 20 AFC Ultra durable balls to one of the representative of the Brunei Darussalam Special Olympics Council.
Head of AFC Social Responsibility Department Dr. Annathurai Ranganathan hoped that with the renewed awareness in social responsibility it might reach children and the community using football and initiating efforts to create awareness and cultivate healthy lifestyle.
The Social Responsibility campaign started Thursday July 21, 2016 and will end with an awareness campaign at the football festivalís match venues on Tuesday July 26, 2016.
