Kota Junior stay unbeaten to clinch futsal title

KOTA Junior have won the Takaful Brunei Super League futsal title with an unbeaten record.
The team had maintained a perfect record until yesterday when they could only manage a draw in their final match against league runners-up Shah United FC.
The closing ceremony took place after the yesterday evening at Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium Sports Complex in Berakas.
Arbisyam finished third.
Awang Haji Shahrildin bin Pehin Orang Kaya Laila Utama Dato Paduka Hj Jaya, Acting Director of Takaful Brunei Darussalam, presented the prizes.
Also in attendance were Haji Madli bin Haji Mohd Yusof, Acting Deputy President of NFABD, Pengiran Mohd Amirrizal bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud, Acting General Secretary of NFABD, Pengiran Mohd Suffri bin Pengiran Haji Hashim, Chief Corporate Services Officer of Takaful Brunei, NFABD Executive Committe members and secretariat staff, and officers of Takaful Brunei Darussalam.
A total of 11 had taken part in the league, which ran for five months.
