NFABD Physiology Course in collaboration with the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore

The High Commission of the Republic of Singapore, with the collaboration of the National Football Association of Brunei Darussalam is organizing a three-day Physiology Course which starts on Monday February 6th and ends on Wednesday February 8th 2017.
The short course is conducted by established expert in Sports Medicine and Physiology at the Singapore Sports Institute, Dr Abdul Rashid Aziz. This course will focus on his extensive studies on athletesí conditions and training during Ramadhan (fasting) months.
The short course also offers a range of theoretical and practical case studies such as Muscles and Energy Systems, Training Principles, Physiological demands in Football, Aerobic and Anaerobic Training, Training Load and many more.
This course is participated by 41 local head and assistant coaches from the teams in the DST Super & Premier Leagues, Physical Education Coaches from the Ministry of Education, Coaches from The Youth & Sports Department and NFABD Staff Coaches.
An Opening ceremony was held at the NFABD House multi-purpose hall to mark the opening of this course.
The guest of honour for the opening ceremony is Awg Morni bin Zakaria, Executive Committee member of NFABD.
