AFC 'B' Coaching Course

The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) ‘B’ Coaching Course drew to a close today (March 17) with eight local and one Nigerian coaches (CHECK) receiving their certificates of participation from National Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (NFABD)

The AFC ‘B’ Coaching Course was a progression of the AFC ‘C’ coaching course, where participants went through a more advanced understanding of football coaching after acquiring the basics during the AFC ‘C’ coaching course.
The course also included various sports science modules such as components of physical fitness, muscular and energy systems and sports psychology that were conducted by the Sports Medicine Research Centre (SMRC) at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium.
The AFC ‘B’ Coaching Course started on February 27th and the coaches had to sit for three practical and two theory exams during the duration of the course which was conducted by AFC Instructor Mike Wong and Stephen Ng Heng Seng at NFABD House.
Meanwhile, 31 coaches who sat for two AFC coaching courses last year - 19 for the AFC ‘C’ Coaching Course from November 21st to December 3rd and 12 for the AFC Goalkeeping Coaching Course Level 1 from September 3rd to 8th - received their certificates.
