The Football Association of Brunei Darussalam (FABD) has appointed W.L.W Developer & Trading Sdn Bhd as the main contractor to build the Technical Centre and a Mini Grandstand which were part of the FIFA Forward 1.0 and 2.0 projects.
The FIFA Forward Project is an initiative by the world federation was aimed at facilitating football developments and improvements across its member countries around the globe.
The two facilities are scheduled to be ready by end of this year as construction works begin this month.

Signing on behalf of FABD was its President Pengiran Haji Matusin Pengiran Haji Matasan, with FABD General Secretary Mohammad Shahnon Haji Mohd. Salleh as the witness.
Signing on behalf of W.L.W Development & Trading Sdn Bhd was its Managing Director Wong Let Woon, witness by Gemilang Latif Associates’ Principal Architect Mahri Haji Latif.
The signing ceremony held at the Business, Marketing and Communication Centre (BMCC) of Koleg IGS was also witnessed virtually by FIFA Representatives; Regional Office Development Manager Lavin Vignesh and Reginal Office Development Coordinator Niko Nhouvannasak.
